Ticketek may investigate potential misuse of accessible seating where there is good cause to believe that such seating has been purchased fraudulently. In appropriate cases Ticketek may, in its sole discretion, cancel an order for accessible seating that it believes to be fraudulent or improper and reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who fraudulently purchase tickets for accessible seating. The venue hosting the event also reserves the right to relocate to other seats, patrons who have tickets for accessible seating locations, but who do not need accessible seating. Please note that Arena Floor Seating and General Admission Standing areas on the Lower Ground level are flat on the floor.
